1. Q: Can I use my own teaching materials?

A: Yes.

We have our special teaching materials, besides that we are using other books which can be found in the market. In addition, students can choose their books, we will dispatch relative teachers.

2. Q: Can I change teachers if they are not suitable to me?

A: Of course.

If teachers are not suitable or you can not adjust their teaching methods, you can ask for changing teachers, with no time limit. Please do not be hesitant to tell us your concerns. You can take different trial lessons until you decide the teacher.

If you don’t decide to choose the teacher, you will not be charged for the first trial lesson. Only after your decision, will the fee be added into your formal classes.

3. Q: Can teachers speak English?

A: Yes.

We offer English speaking teachers at introductory and basic study, so there will not be problems for even beginners. In addition, students can choose teachers who give lessons in English or Chinese by themselves.

4. Q: Do teachers speak standard mandarin?

A: Yes.

We have a strict interview process when we recruit teachers, we will test them including pronunciation. We only hire teachers who can speak standard mandarin. Before going to classes, they receive systematic pronunciation training.

5. Q: Can I just come to study for a short period?

A: Yes.

As to beginners who just come to Shanghai, we will supply extra living information base on their needs.

6. Q: Can I choose places like coffee shops to take classes?

A: Yes.

Our teachers can go to classes at places like companies, homes, offices, clubs and coffee shops. Students will pay for the drinks if they choose to take classes at places such as coffee shops (We suggest teachers to choose cheap drinks.)
